Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard Shipping is a flat $5.95 on orders under $75. Orders of $75 or more ship free.
How long until my order arrives?
Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 0–3 business days. Delivery by USPS then typically takes 2–5 business days.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. Every order ships with tracking, and you will receive your tracking details by email once it is on its way.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible at liusu890907@gmail.com and we will do our best to help before your order ships.
Sizing & Fit
What sizes do you carry?
Our styles are available in sizes XS to XL. Some styles are offered in a narrower range, so check the size options on each product page.
How do I find my size?
Use our Size Guide, which lists garment measurements in centimeters for each style. Compare them with your own measurements and, if you are between sizes, we suggest the size that matches the fit you like best.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You can request a return or an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
How do I exchange an item?
Email us at liusu890907@gmail.com before sending anything back. Exchanged items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of delivery.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, for both returns and exchanges.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Can I return sale items?
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return. See our full Refund Policy for details.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
Contact us right away at liusu890907@gmail.com with your order number and we will make it right.
